Location was fantastic and was within short walking distance to two top notch shopping malls of South Delhi, Select City Walk and DLF Avenue. Room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant staff were very courteous so were the staff of entire property. My wife unfortunately tripped and fell outside the main building and was injured. But the instant care she received from the guards at the gate, front desk and lobby staff was unforgettable. That speaks of the professionalism of the people working at Sheraton Saket. We will certainly come back when we are around in New Delhi, India for our next trip.

Extremely clean, modern, safe and therefore comfortable. Fresh eggs for breakfast among a wide choice although the general quality across the spread is not fantastic. Very helpful staff although the receptionists were a little cold for some reason. Handy to walk about of the back gate and across the road to the shopping centre for some other food options; the road is a little dark though. I used Travel House through the hotel as a car shuttle for work for all four days of my stay and Nagender offered a very friendly and excellent service. Would stay here again if I had to return to Delhi.

The hotel has a great location in south Delhi, not far from all major attractions. Staff is superb and care deeply about the guest experience. Everyone at reception were amazing and gave us a free upgrade and dinner on the house including access to drinks at the lounge which was a cherry on top. We were very happy with our stay overall and the entire staff including the guys in the kitchen, at entrance, the wait staff and cleaners were friendly.\ Amit Goyal at the lounge looked after us even when we arrive close to end of the lounge access for drinks.

Everything at the Hotel was perfect and excellent. Staff were very polite & very accommodating. Food was excellent. Ambience was very good. Room was very clean & bright. I enjoyed my stay. The Airconditons were very cooling good. The Security was very tight. They had too many staff to assist us. I would definitely rate it as the best hotel in New Delhi. Porters also came immediately when called. Toilets were very well equipped with everything. We were also checked In & Out very fast. Very little waiting time.

KISHAN ALSO ASSISTED ME WITH MY LUGGAGE AS WELL AS ARRANGING TO SORT MY MEDICINES.HE EVEN ASSITED IN PAYING THE TAXI DRIVER AS I DID NOT HAVE CASH ON ME. RASHPAL PADAM ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING WITH OUR ACCOMODATION. THANK YOU SO MUCH .IT WAS ALL A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
