I recently stayed at the Sheraton New Delhi Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options nearby. The room I stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was well-maintained and comfortable. Special mention to Jitendra, who did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Carlton from the kitchen stood out with his kindness and attentiveness—he provided us with karha every day to help protect against the virus, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. There was a good variety of options, but the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Sheraton New Delhi Hotel, especially for its convenient location and excellent staff.

There is very little not to like about this property. Indian hospitality is par excellence! The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming. They supported me with early check in and made the process so seamless. The staff at the morning buffet (special shout out to Shiv and Mohit) were lovely. Once familiar with us, would bring out tea and coffee just as we like it. The rooms were comfortable, beautiful and luxurious. Housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and restocked towels and water very judiciously. The doormen are lovely and polite. I used the valet and they would bring out the car in no time; so efficient. Definitely returning here on our next visit.

Beautiful hotel and super comfortable, breakfast and other food in their restaurants are fantastic. Really comfortable beds, and if you ask for one of the rooms on upper floors you won’t hear the Delhi traffic at all! Walking distance to major Delhi mall complex where you would be able to shop and eat in local and international shops and restaurants.

The stay was amazing. The Hotel staff was attentive and polite. Check in and Check out was smooth. The room was good and I had expected the same with the services which were great. The Location is great and there are a good number of options for food inside the hotel and nearby.

The staff were great at the hotel Restaurant, they were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked a early morning tour and we mention this to the Restaurant manager and they prepared a box of food for our travel which was very nice and we appreciated it very much .

The best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially Sathish sheraton restaurant manager Sathish was very helpful and very professional. My husband didn't feel very well. Sathish organised medication and got special food prepared for him. Thank you ever so much. Also, Sonu a waiter in the club lounge, provided us with an excellent service

The hotel has a great location in south Delhi, not far from all major attractions. Staff is superb and care deeply about the guest experience. Everyone at reception were amazing and gave us a free upgrade and dinner on the house including access to drinks at the lounge which was a cherry on top. We were very happy with our stay overall and the entire staff including the guys in the kitchen, at entrance, the wait staff and cleaners were friendly.\ Amit Goyal at the lounge looked after us even when we arrive close to end of the lounge access for drinks.

The location is good , right next to a very large shopping mall and midway from most areas in south Delhi .

Extremely clean, modern, safe and therefore comfortable. Fresh eggs for breakfast among a wide choice although the general quality across the spread is not fantastic. Very helpful staff although the receptionists were a little cold for some reason. Handy to walk about of the back gate and across the road to the shopping centre for some other food options; the road is a little dark though. I used Travel House through the hotel as a car shuttle for work for all four days of my stay and Nagender offered a very friendly and excellent service. Would stay here again if I had to return to Delhi.
